Nato a Seoul, in Corea del Sud, nel 1983, Seung-wook si è laureato alla Kaywon University of Art and Design. È regista di film d’animazione e illustratore e vive in Francia.

Born in Seoul, South Korea in 1983, Seung-wook graduated from Kaywon University of Art and Design. He is an animated filmmaker and illustrator based in France.
