Sinossi / Synopsis
Una città, d’estate. La frescura mattutina non dura a lungo, il caldo ricopre la città come una lente d’ingrandimento sotto la quale le apparentemente banali seccature quotidiane prendono improvvisamente peso. Eli cerca di sfuggire alla chiusura e all’agitazione della città. E la rabbia inizia a crescere dentro di lei.
A city, in the summer. The morning coolness does not last long, the heat covers the city like a magnifying glass under which supposedly trivial everyday nuisances suddenly take on weight. Eli tries to escape the narrowness and agitation of the city. And the rage starts to build up within her.

Biografia regista / Biography Director
Jela Hasler
Jela Hasler ha studiato Fotografia a Zurigo e Istanbul. I suoi cortometraggi sono stati proiettati in festival in Svizzera e all’estero e hanno vinto numerosi premi. Ha ottenuto una residenza d’artista a Parigi e ha ricevuto la Carte Blanche per il trailer del Festival Internazionale del Cortometraggio di Winterthur. Jela è un’allieva della ZFF Masterclass, del GIFF New Talent Screen e del FEST Training Grounds, in Portogallo. È stata membro della giuria di numerosi festival cinematografici.
Jela Hasler studied Fhotography in Zürich and Istanbul. Her short films have been shown at festivals in Switzerland and abroad and have won several awards. She’s been awarded an artist residency in Paris, and was granted the Carte Blanche for the trailer of the International Short Film Festival Winterthur. Jela is an alumna of the ZFF Masterclass, the GIFF New Talent Screen as well as the FEST Training Grounds (Portugal). She has been a jury member of several film fests.
