Yana racconta di quando lei e sua madre sono immigrate in Israele. Aveva la sensazione che si fossero allontanate tra loro, e mentre Yana desiderava ardentemente essere amata, sua madre non sapeva come dimostrare il suo afffetto. Yana è così dovuta scendere a compromessi e accettare l’unico modo in cui sua madre sapeva amare: attraverso il dolore.

Yana tells about the time she and her mother immigrated to Israel. She felt like they had grown apart, and whilst Yana was longing for love, her mother didn’t know how to show it. Yana had to compromise and accept the only way her mother knew how to love, through pain.
