Sinossi / Synopsis
La storia vera di Vladimir Sambol, fisarmonicista e compositore di Rijeka che emigra in Svezia per scappare dalla guerra portando con sé soltanto la sua fisarmonica. Settant’anni dopo, per far rivivere il padre, sua figlia consegna le sue partiture al gruppo musicale Guappecartò. Così nasce Sambol – Migrant Love.
This is the true story of Vladimir Sambol, accordionist and composer from Rijeka, who, escaping from the war, migrated to Sweden carrying only his accordion. Seventy years later, to revive her father, his daughter gives his scores to the musical group Guappecartò. From that, Sambol – Migrant Love was born.

Biografia regista / Biography Director
Lu Pulici
Lu Pulici è nato a Descalvado, in Brasile, nel 1962 e vive a Pennabilli, in Italia. Si è laureato in regia a Barcellona, al Centre d’Estudis Cinematogràfics de Catalunya. Dal 1993 al 2001 ha lavorato come art director nell’industria cinematografica spagnola. Nel 2012 si è trasferito in Italia, collaborando con il collettivo indipendente Lumaca Film. Nel 2015 ha fondato la casa di produzione 22s Productions.
Lu Pulici was born in Descalvado, Brazil in 1963 and lives in Pennabilli, Italy. He graduated as a film director by the Centre d’Estudis Cinematogràfics de Catalunya, Barcelona. From 1993 to 2001 he worked in the Spanish film industry as an art director. In 2012 he moved to Italy, contributing to the independent collective Lumaca Film. In 2015 he founded his own film production house 22s Productions.
