Sinossi / Synopsis
In un pomeriggio d’estate, i membri di una famiglia si riuniscono intorno alla nonna, nonostante sia paralizzata e non più in grado di reagire al loro affetto. La vecchia casa dove la nonna abita con la sua cameriera è silenziosa, tranne che per la TV in loop e il ventilatore sempre acceso, mentre le persone vanno e vengono.
On a summer afternoon, a family gather around grandma, even though she’s paralysed and no longer able to react to their affections. The old house where grandma lives with her maid is silent, except for the TV on loop and the fan always on, as people come and go.

Hsu Chih-Yen
Hsu Chih-Yen si è laureato in comunicazione e design alla Shih Chien University di Taiwan e ha girato numerosi video musicali, spot pubblicitari e clip brevi. Il suo primo lungometraggio Dear EX, che ha codiretto con Mag Hsu, è stato premiato in vari festival, tra cui il Taipei Film Festival e i Golden Horse Awards.
Hsu Chih-Yen graduated in Communications and Design from Shih Chien University, Taiwan, and has directed several music videos, commercials, and short clips. His first feature Dear EX, which he co-directed with Mag Hsu, has won numerous awards, including at Taipei Film Festival and Golden Horse Awards.
