Sinossi / Synopsis

Nel 2016 il presidente russo Vladimir Putin ha istituito la Guardia Nazionale, il cui compito ufficiale è quello di garantire l’ordine pubblico e di combattere il terrorismo e gli estremismi. In realtà questa organizzazione è personalmente subordinata a Putin ed è impegnata nella repressione di coloro che sono contrari al suo regime.

In 2016, Russian President Vladimir Putin created the national guards, whose legal task is to ensure public order, the fight against terrorism and extremism. In fact, this organisation is personally subordinate to Putin and is engaged in the suppression of those who disagree with his regime.

Alex Evstigneev è nato e cresciuto a Shatura, in Russia. Ha studiato cinema documentario all’istituto statale di cinematografia russo, nel corso di Viktor Lisakovich e Alexej Geleyn. Alex realizza documentari, cortometraggi, pubblicità e video musicali.

Alex Evstigneev was born and grew up in Shatura, Russia. He has been studying Documentary Filmmaking at the Russian State Institute of Cinematography, in the course of Viktor Lisakovich and Alexej Geleyn. Alex makes documentaries, short films, commercials and music videos.
