Bari, oggi. Al battesimo del nipote, Vito, impiegato tranquillo e pedante, si accorge di aver subito il furto della propria auto. E’ costretto a chiedere aiuto a suo cognato Toni, un assicuratore dalle ambigue frequentazioni nel sottobosco cittadino. I due passeranno assieme una nottata nei meandri di Bari vecchia, alla ricerca dell’auto rubata e di un rapporto personale che scricchiola. Intanto Toni deve risolvere anche problemi più importanti.
Bari, today. During his nephew’s christening Vito, a quiet but rather dull office clerk, discovers his car has been stolen. He is forced to ask Toni, his brother in law, to help him find it. Toni is a insurance agent, and he’s acquainted with some shady people in the dangerous areas of town. They will spend a night together in the meanders of old Bari’s narrow streets, looking for the stolen car and trying to patch up a shaky relationship. Meanwhile, Toni is faced by other, more important problems…
