SWEET SWEET MARJA

Corrado, a real estate agent in disgrace, finds himself forced to organize a dinner at his house in order to sell a large estate. Catia, Corrado’s wife, is infuriated by the fact that she has to prepare an important business dinner for her husband on such a short notice. As she is rummaging in the kitchen looking for missing ingredients, she stumbles upon a small box whose contents she mistakes for herbs and adds to the dish. As it turns out, the box was a small stash of marijuana forgotten by Corrado. The dinner degenerates, and to add to the chaos is the fact that Catia brought some of her “altered” dish her neighbours for a little taste.

ANGELO FREZZA
Angelo Frezza takes his first steps in the movie industry in the late 1984, he begins as a driver for the producer Franco Cristaldi. He continues working for Cristalli Film and begins a career that brings him to work for various prestigious companies such as: Gruppo Bema, Magnum film and Rodeo Drive. His first movie credit is as “general organizer” in 1997 for the film “La Casa Bruciata”. He continues as an organizer and goes to work on miniseries, serials, and cinema with Dania Film” and later on with “Immagine e cinema”. With the latter he realizes his first movie as a an Executive Producer. In the meantime he shoots two shorts, “La piantina” in 2000 and “doppio misto” in 2002. In 2003 along with two other partners he forms the “DUE P.T. Cinematografica”, which produces some adds, and in 2005 they finally produce a movie, “The Torturer” by Lamberto Bava. Their latest project was “Sweet Sweet Marja”, where Angelo Frezza is also the director.
