Lorenzo, a young graduate in Philosophy, works as a lifeguard in summer. Attilio is an actor who suffers from a liver disease. Their paths cross in a tragic and wonderful way when the boy’s organ donation suddenly disappears because of a motorbike accident. When Lorenzo’s best friend Adriano, a young radio presenter, raises awareness for the family, initially against it, with excellent results, Lorenzo’s family consent to organ donation. Thanks to this kind action, Attilio, after a tiring wait, supported by his wife Giovanna and his son Sandro, returns to live and gives his art to the public and his family the passion for life. Whilst Lorenzo’s sun sets, there is a new dawn for Attilio, that makes him eternally grateful to those who have done something that gives life, organ donation.
