Marsala. The old miner Natale Giacalone, the only member of the family that remain is Rosina, many years ago she went to the U.S. with the dream of becoming an actress, but she never came back.[:] To see her, Natale decides to record movies, but sudden someone stole his camera and he couldn’t finish it. The young Niccolò, son of the thief, finds the camera and returns it to its rightful owner. Natale grateful for the act of kindness decides to give the camera to Niccolò, on the condition that he will help him to realize the movie.
