Sinossi / Synopsis
Un uomo si risveglia debole e malridotto nei pressi di una ferrovia. Il sole è pallido e sembra non avere voglia di sorgere. L’uomo cammina attraverso luoghi disabitati, ritrova un sacchetto di plastica che contiene oggetti del
suo passato. Entra nel cortile di un’abitazione e telefona ad una donna. Il sole lo irradia con tutta la
sua forza.
Weak and battered, a man wakes up near a railway. The pale sun looks like it doesn’t feel like rising. The man
walks through deserted places and stumbles into a plastic bag containing items from his past. He gets into a
courtyard of a house and phones a woman. The sun washes over him with all its strength.

Luca Sorgato
Luca Sorgato è nato a Milano nel 1985. La sua ricerca filmica si muove tra l’esplorazione di corpi, luoghi e oggetti dimenticati, con una riflessione costante sul tempo. I suoi lavori sono stati presentati e premiati da musei e festival nazionali ed internazionali. Nel 2021 il suo film Sbadigli ha vinto il premio come Miglior Film al Beijing International Short Film Festival. I suoi film sono distribuiti dal Collectif Jeune Cinéma di Parigi.
Luca Sorgato was born in Milan in 1985. His filmic research moves between the exploration of bodies, places and forgotten objects, with a constant reflection on time. His works have been presented and awarded by museums and both national and international festivals. In 2021, his film Sbadigli won the prize for Best Film at the Beijing International Short Film Festival. His films are distributed by Collectif Jeune Cinéma in Paris.
