Sinossi / Synopsis

La tredicenne Nina si sente intrappolata all’interno del suo rapporto con il prepotente Vassil, che le sta insegnando a diventare un’abile scippatrice. Ci sono giorni in cui è praticamente pronta a scappare da lui.

13-year-old Nina is feeling trapped in her relationship with the bossy Vassil, who is preparing her to be a skilled pickpocket. There are days when she is almost ready to run away from him.

Biografia regista / Biography Director

Hristo Simeonov

Hristo è nato nel 1985 a Targovishte, in Bulgaria. I suoi cortometraggi hanno concorso e sono stati premiati in numerosi festival come Clermont Ferrand, Palm Springs, Tampere, Cracovia, Villa do Conde, Dresda, Bilbao, San Pietroburgo, Salonicco, Montpellier. Il suo ultimo corto Nina, candidato agli EFA, sta partecipando a numerosi festival e vincendo premi tra cui il Grand Prix Hans Christian Andersen.

Hristo was born in 1985 in Targovishte, Bulgaria. His short films have participated in and won awards at international festivals like Clermont Ferrand, Palm Sprigs, Tampere, Krakow, Villa do Conde, Dresden, Bilbao, Saint Petersburg, Thessaloniki, Montpellier. His latest short Nina, an EFA Short Film Candidate, is currently travelling around festivals and winning awards such as Grand Prix Hans Christian Andersen, amongst others.
