Yesterday, at the Cineteca Regionale, the INCE jury – including Jelka Stergel, Sergio Grmek Germani, Giampaolo Penco, Giulia Del Fabbro e Barbara Fabro – awarded the following shortfilms:
1: “The wheel” of Viktor Asliuk – BelarusAwarded for: the formal poetic coherence. Thanks to that, the author finds the right energy in an insulated reality
2: “Bucaresti – Wien 8:15” of Catalin Mitulescu – RomaniaAwarded for: the ability to transmit the characters emotional turmoil in a cinema invention, where tecnique itself becomes the author signature
3: “Life is like a dream” of Jadranko Lopatic – Croatia Awarded because: in this contest the great Croatian cinema tradition guides to a lightning sensitivity in making up the film.
Furthermore the jury awarded a mention to these films: “Bezi zeko bezi” of Pavle Vuckovich – Serbia and “Dream work” of Peter Tscherhassky – Austria for re-inventing the national cinema tradition
“Bruksel-Sofia- Bruksel” of Victoria Marinov – Bulgaria –for the elegant approach to a topical theme
The three winning films will be screened during the final evening of the Festival. All the directors will be attending the event.
