Sinossi / Synopsis

Italia, fine anni ’60. Due sconosciuti arrivano in un paesino del sud: il primo ha una cinepresa, il secondo una pistola. Attraversando quella terra desolata, i due avranno l’inaspettata opportunità di cambiare il corso della storia.

Italy, late 1960s. Two strangers arrive in a village in the South: the first one has a movie camera, the second one has a gun. Crossing that wasteland, the two will have an unexpected opportunity to change the course of history.

Biografia regista / Biography Director

Marco Signoretti

Nato a Roma nel 1988, Marco Signoretti ha studiato Montaggio alla Scuola d’Arte Cinematografica Gian Maria Volonté. Si è poi laureato all’Università RomaTre con una tesi su Ettore Scola. Dopo una breve esperienza da videomaker ha iniziato a lavorare come montatore per film e serie TV. Dal 2019 collabora al montaggio della serie Netflix Summertime. Nel 2020 vince il Premio Zavattini con la sceneggiatura del suo primo cortometraggio, Lo chiamavano Cargo.

Born in Rome in 1988, Marco Signoretti trained as a film editor at the Scuola d’Arte Cinematografica Gian Maria Volonté. Later he graduated from RomaTre University with a dissertation on Ettore Scola. After a brief stint as videomaker he started working as an editor for films and TV series. Since 2019 he has been a collaborator in the editing of the Netflix series Summertime. In 2020 he won the Zavattini Prize with the script of his first short film, Lo chiamavano Cargo.
