Sinossi / Synopsis
Ogni stagione una giovane talpa fa visita al nonno cieco, che vive sotto terra in una tana piacevolmente arredata. Man mano che i due invecchiano, il loro rapporto diventa sempre più intenso ed emergono importanti domande.
Every season a young mole visits his blind grandfather, who lives deep underground in a comfortably decorated burrow. As the two grow older their relationship becomes more intense and important questions arise.

Alexander Gratzer
Alexander Gratzer è nato ad Hallein, in Austria, nel 1993. Ha studiato Pittura all’Università di Arti Applicate di Vienna, dove si è laureato nel 2018. Nel 2021 ha conseguito un master in animazione presso la Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design di Budapest. Lavora principalmente nell’ambito dell’animazione e del disegno e dal 2015 realizza film: i suoi lavori più recenti sono In the Upper Room, Apfelmus e Animateur, che ha scritto e diretto.
Alexander Gratzer was born in Hallein, Austria in 1993. He studied Painting at the University of Applied Arts in Vienna, where he graduated from in 2018. Then he got his master’s degree in Animation at the Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design, Budapest, in 2021. He works mainly in the field of animation and drawing and has been making films since 2015, his most recent works being In the Upper Room, Apfelmus and Animateur which he wrote and directed.
