Sinossi / Synopsis
Martín esce di prigione dopo sette anni. Estela, la sua ex moglie, lo accoglie dandogli la notizia che Ángela, sua figlia, verrà a trovarli. Nessuno dei due sa nulla di lei e, ciò nonostante, il suo possibile arrivo farà pian piano svelare i segreti che nascondono.
Martín is released from prison after seven years. Estela, his ex-wife, receives him with the news that Ángela, his daughter, is coming to visit them. Neither of them know anything about her but, nevertheless, her possible arrival will slowly unravel their hidden secrets.

Biografia regista / Biography Director
Benjamín Berger
Benjamín proviene dal mondo del teatro e si sta ora preparando al suo debutto al cinema come regista e sceneggiatore con il lungometraggio Matarife. Ha anche scritto la sceneggiatura di My New Style of Dance, che è stato premiato in Cile con l’Audiovisual Fund for Fiction Feature Films 2021 e che verrà girato a metà del 2023. Ángela è il suo terzo cortometraggio. Collabora come sceneggiatore con Paolo Pintacuda nel progetto El feo, una coproduzione tra Cile e Italia.
Benjamin comes from the world of theatre, but now ventures into cinema preparing for his debut as director and screenwriter with the feature film Matarife. He also wrote the script for My New Style of Dance, which has been awarded with the Audiovisual Fund for Fiction Feature Films 2021 in Chile and will be shot in mid-2023. Ángela is his third short film. He worked as a screenwriter with Paolo Pintacuda in the project El feo in a co-production between Chile and Italy.
